Photography

Looking back, I realize I was often the person with the camera, on family trips, at parties, on weekend drives in the mountains. In high school I joined the yearbook committee and photographed everything around school. Photography became my way to socialize. In college, this trend continued with the student newspaper and with donor and alumni events. Even more so than before, I became the person that brought a camera everywhere. I took steps to follow my passions into future professions by majoring in Communication, think photography could at least supplement a career in that field if not be the main gig, and accept local freelance assignments cover events, do a portrait session or document a competition for future advertising.
