9th Annual Guardian Angels & Mead Community Oktoberfest Celebration/ Fundraiser/ Groundbreaking on October 1st, 2016

Dear Community Partners,            

For the past 8 years, Guardian Angels Catholic Church has fostered greater community in Mead, Berthoud, and the surrounding areas through our annual Oktoberfest celebration - a fun-filled family event. This year we are excited to also celebrate the groundbreaking of a new parish center. Once completed, we will have additional space to provide for future families and community members to grow.

Oktoberfest is rapidly approaching! Preparations are being made to set up the BIG TOP tent complete with a dance floor for live Polka music which kids of all ages will enjoy. We’ll also celebrate with a Biergarten, live and silent auctions and an array of delicious German food from cabbage burgers and brats to German potato salads and homemade desserts. You do

The Guardian Angels Oktoberfest Committee owes much of our success to the support of our local partners and sponsors.  The generosity of sponsors has enabled us to not only put on a great family-friendly community event, but also to support local charities from a portion of the Oktoberfest proceeds. In order to have another successful Oktoberfest, we need your participation! We have several sponsorship levels for you to consider on the next page. Included with your sponsorship are many opportunities to advertise at this community event.
